Dr. Nagpal and Ian attended the IDweek 2023 conference in Boston, MA, where they presented their research results. Dr. Nagpal gave a talk at the Alzheimer's core meeting, and Ian presented an oral abstract about his research work on Gut-Brain Axis in Alzheimer’s Disease as part of the Microbiome and Biomarkers session. Dr. Nagpal received travel scholarship from IDSA while Ian also received conference travel funding of $2000 from the CEHHS for this conference and will present the work again at the CEHHS Annual Research Showcase on Friday, March 22, 2024.
