Dr. Ravi Nagpal, Dr. Joe Watso, and Dr. Gloria Salazar are awarded a $300,000 research grant from The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) to study the effect of dietary pulses on gut and metabolic in young adults. Our lab member Mr. Cole Patoine is a co-investigator on this study.
